Contribution to CiSMA
RISE’s involvement in the project is focused on monitoring the performance of the recycled carbon steel material with secondary contents by traditional material characterisation and online accelerated and agile testing methods for real-time manufacturing.
RISE will contribute to machine learning algorithms for failure risk prediction and mitigation. Furthermore, RISE will be actively involved in conducting material and pilot trials in close collaboration with Volvo Cars and Electrolux Professional. Finally, RISE will contribute to the communication and dissemination of research findings through the generation of academic conference presentations and scientific publications.
